Raw food is as the name already says, everything something one roughly can eat.
These are consequently: Salad, tomato, carrot, zucchini, kohlrabi, paprika, white-herb, red-herb, cucumber, fennel, red beet, mushrooms, fruit, olives, milk-products, oats, Bismarck-herring, Matjesfilets, and even very much very fresh raw meat and very much very fresh raw eggs.
Raw food is to be classified as very healthy and high-quality according to my opinion. In fact therefore, because much or some get lost through heating from food in the food.
If one therefore wants to scoop out the whole food, that one could also eat roughly, so one also should eat her/it/them roughly. Of course, there are extremists, who therefore only eat roughly. However I find that one should combine sooner. What one can eat roughly, one also should. But not necessary, if one rather likes something cooked at the moment. Also, I would give up raw meat and raw eggs. This eats rather cooked one.
Also, there is some food, like bread (in general grains), Kidney beans, lentils green beans leek Broccoli rose-cabbage, peas or in general, all this, which only cooked amicable is. One then should give up these things as Rohkostler. I don't find.
From my experience, I noticed that raw vegetables, as one knows also logical manner, best for the organism is. However as said, one not only should eat this but also everything, which must be cooked, cooked in order to scoop out the full potential of the food eats.
Concluding is to be said that, if rather cooked a raw food one at the moment would eat, that that then is better over the food-instinct. It always depends on what one likes the most at the moment. Exceptions are such, that through misinformations or is evoked in general through disturbances. If however, the resultant feeling is physically well after the meal, so this will eat right has been.

Sauces for raw food-salads:
.
The basis of each sauce is, doubles as much oil as vinegar, salt and peppers. Please take only Balsamiko-Essig since normal vinegar really doesn't taste well of my opinion. Furthermore, rapeseed oil is the most digestible, because bile-kindly and an easily digestible oil is.
This basis of the sauce is expandable through respective addition of following ingredients: Onion, garlic, mustard, tomato-mark, soy sauce, yogurt, sour cream, cream impudently, Remoulade, Salsa sauce, Kidney beans, turkey-breast (cooked), soy-seedlings, tuna, cut olives, quark, capers, horseradish, Feta, Gauda.
