What is meditation?

Meditation is a condition of the spirit, that consists of the not-thinking.
Meditation can be called no other exercises also a concentration been transacted on an activity with her/it, however, and with which no influences register, that don't have anything to do with the activity to be concentrated, and is perceived.

For example :

Speaking without to work right hears or sees to feel the body.

Hearing without to think, to speak, to see, to feel the body.

Seeing without to think on that occasion, to speak, to hear, to feel the body.

Or even this smells or tastes good without thinking to speak, to see, to feel the body and to hear.

Hint:

What an educational-factor is consequently in order to be able to use his/its spirit better can be used this meditative concentration in order to use his/its whole capacity of the spirit for a certain activity. This practicing finally then causes that activities are managed faster and better.
Furthermore, meditative concentration causes that the relevant one through his/its concentration-ability on things and matters, on which he/it would not come so fast or comes at all, comes.

All other, for which meditation is called, actually is only a strong concentration on something and is to be regarded as an initial stage of the "meditation" consequently, since meditation requires much concentration and discipline.
Practicing meditative concentration therefore is necessary to learn at all about meditating.

How can learn to meditate!

In order to learn meditating, it is important that his/its concentration-ability increases the learning. That is the learning must learn to concentrate so strongly on an activity so that this activity of him/it only plays a role and other outer and inner influences no more are registered so that these finally vanish in the meditative condition.
The consequence then has as said this that the knowledge of only this one activity devotes itself and no thoughts, that belong to another activity, occur in him/it or that no distracting factors occur in him/it.

This can also like above lead described that normal senses like seeing, hearing, tasting good, smelling, feeling through a concentration of the practices in the brain processes no more and is registered, since these are separated from these through the at the moment executed activity through the concentration, so that you can for example hearing without feeling somewhat bodily on that occasion or, to really see, etc..
That is for example, that the body can exist and the eyes can be open, only the processing is only separated this from these so strongly in the brain through the concentration, for example, can be been fitting.

Furthermore right deep meditating is to be classified as dangerously since the respiration can be discontinued on that occasion to strongly, for example, or that even whole body-functions stop to work.
The deepest condition of a meditation is he/it that the human being not even the condition the nothing conscious is.
If this happens to one, so the one must give a lifelong meditation-prohibition to itself and itself as often as possible through distraction from the won one manifested to bring meditation in order to turn into a not thinking animal not and, to lose about not his/its possible intelligent procedures.

Meditative concentration and meditative Konzentrationsübungen

Meditative concentration can be apportioned in following groups:

Meditative movement-concentration

(Itself on something of moving concentrating)
z.B. itself on the movement of a river, a flying long stick or from leaves of a tree this itself through wind strongly moves with open eyes of concentrating.

Meditative recording-concentration

(Attempts everything something with the eyes, to grasp, is seen)

Meditative acoustics-concentration

(Concentrate)
